This Refund Policy is an integral part of our Terms and Conditions and governs how refunds are handled for all products, services, and solutions offered by Stark Energy. By accessing our website, purchasing our products, or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.

This policy has been drafted to maintain transparency, protect customer interests, and clearly outline the responsibilities and limitations applicable to refund requests.

General Overview

Stark Energy Technology Pvt. Ltd. delivers end-to-end solar and renewable energy solutions designed to meet residential, commercial, and industrial needs. Our offerings include solar panel supply and installation, inverter and energy storage systems, operation and maintenance services, engineering and project consultancy, and assistance with project financing.

Given the technical, customized, and project-based nature of solar energy solutions, refunds cannot always be treated in the same manner as standard consumer goods. This policy explains when refunds may be considered and when they are not applicable.

Refund Eligibility – Products

Refunds for physical products such as solar panels, inverters, batteries, and related accessories are considered only when the products are purchased directly from Stark Energy. To qualify for a refund, the product must remain unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition, including intact packaging, manuals, accessories, and purchase invoice.

Customers are required to initiate a refund request within a limited period from the date of delivery, as mentioned in the quotation or invoice. Any product that shows signs of installation, handling damage, tampering, or misuse will not be eligible for a refund. Stark Energy reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving any refund.

Refund Eligibility – Services

Services provided by Stark Energy, including installation, maintenance, inspection, consultancy, and technical support, involve planning, manpower allocation, and scheduling. Once a service has been initiated, scheduled, or partially delivered, it becomes non-refundable.

If a customer requests cancellation before the service has commenced, Stark Energy may consider a refund after deducting administrative costs, site visit charges, and planning expenses. Services delivered in accordance with the agreed scope, specifications, and timelines are not eligible for refunds.

Customized and Project-Based Solutions

Solar projects often involve custom engineering designs, procurement planning, site-specific layouts, and regulatory coordination. Once work on a customized or project-based solution has commenced, refunds are not permitted.

Any advance or milestone payment made toward such projects is utilized for design work, material procurement, vendor commitments, and manpower allocation. These payments are therefore non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds are not provided in cases where the customer changes their mind after confirming an order or project. Delays arising due to external or uncontrollable factors such as weather conditions, natural disasters, government approvals, grid connectivity issues, or supply chain disruptions do not qualify for refunds.

Refunds will also not be issued when delays or complications arise due to incorrect information, incomplete documentation, or lack of permissions provided by the customer. Minor variations in system performance caused by environmental, climatic, or grid-related conditions are considered normal and do not constitute grounds for a refund.

Products or services purchased through third-party vendors, dealers, or channel partners are governed by their respective refund policies, and Stark Energy shall not be responsible for such transactions.

Advance Payments and Booking Amounts

Advance payments, token amounts, or booking fees collected to confirm projects or reserve materials are generally non-refundable. These payments cover preliminary activities such as site surveys, engineering design, material blocking, logistics planning, and resource scheduling.

Any exception to this rule will be clearly mentioned in the quotation, proposal, or signed agreement. Customers are advised to review all documents carefully before making advance payments.

Refund Request and Processing

Customers seeking a refund must submit a formal written request through Stark Energy’s official communication channels. The request should clearly mention the invoice or order reference number, date of purchase, and a detailed reason for requesting the refund.

Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Once approved, refunds are processed through the original mode of payment. Processing timelines may vary depending on banking procedures and payment gateway policies, and customers will be informed accordingly.

Deductions and Applicable Charges

Approved refunds may be subject to deductions for administrative handling, logistics and transportation, site visits, inspections, or surveys already conducted. Any applicable taxes, duties, or statutory charges that cannot be recovered may also be deducted.

The final refundable amount, after applicable deductions, will be communicated to the customer before the refund is processed.

Defective or Damaged Products

If a product is received in a damaged or defective condition, the customer must notify Stark Energy promptly through official communication channels and provide supporting evidence such as photographs or videos. Upon verification, Stark Energy may choose to replace, repair, or refund the product at its discretion.

Manufacturer warranties apply to applicable components, and warranty claims will be handled as per the respective manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

Third-Party Components, Financing, and Subsidies

Certain products and components supplied by Stark Energy may be covered under third-party manufacturer warranties. Refunds, replacements, or repairs for such components are governed by the manufacturer’s policies.

Any financing arrangements, subsidies, or government-linked benefits initiated on behalf of the customer are non-refundable once processed. Delays or rejections by financial institutions or authorities do not entitle the customer to a refund from Stark Energy.

Policy Updates and Amendments

Stark Energy Technology Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to revise, modify, or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on our website. Customers are encouraged to review the policy periodically to stay informed.
